Guests: name, email, WhatsApp number, country, booking details (date, pickup place and its map coordinates), payment status (card data is processed by Midtrans and never stored by us), reviews and reports you send, and Rewards points. If you sign in with Google we receive your name and verified email.
Chat assistant: messages you type in the "Ask" chat are processed by our AI provider (Anthropic or the provider set by us) only to answer you, and stored with us for up to 180 days to improve answers. Do not type passport or card numbers in the chat.
Drivers & partners: identity card (KTP) and driving licence data and photos, vehicle data, bank account, face photos and face templates for attendance (biometric data), attendance time and location, and GPS location only while location sharing is switched on during a trip.
To take and manage bookings, send invoices and trip notifications (email/WhatsApp), assign drivers, show the driver's position and arrival time to the guest during a trip, verify driver attendance, calculate commissions and settlements, prevent fraud, and meet legal obligations. We do not sell personal data and do not use it for third-party advertising.
The app uses location to set your pickup point and, for drivers, to share the vehicle position with our office and the guest during a trip. On Android a permanent notification is shown while sharing is active; it stops when the driver turns sharing off. Location history is kept for up to 60 days.
The camera is used for driver face check-in and to photograph documents or receipts. Photos are stored on our server in protected folders.
Only with service providers needed to run the service: Midtrans (payments), Google (maps, sign-in, calendar), our AI chat provider (answers in the chat assistant), our WhatsApp gateway and email provider, and authorities when required by law.
Data is stored on servers in a protected environment with encrypted connections (HTTPS). Booking and invoice records are kept as required by Indonesian accounting law; biometric data of partners is deleted when the partnership ends.
You can access, correct or delete your data. Guests can delete their account in My account → Profile → Delete account. Anyone can request deletion at https://baliekasoghi.com/hapus-akun.php or by email to booking@baliekasoghi.com. This policy follows Indonesian Law No. 27/2022 on Personal Data Protection.
The service is not directed to children under 13; bookings are made by adults.
